I would expect latest
and greatest Fedora to have that, strange. I see Debian has fairymax, so presumably
downstream distros will, too. Not exactly a solution, I know.
I also saw
chess.org has online chess, but I didn't
take the plunge because I figured there would be ads.
I don't see any ads on
chess.org, and Lichess doesn't run ads or trackers:

Maybe I'll look into it, but I hate supporting the
whole IoT nickel and dime philosophy that seems to be prevalent. I need a subscription to
use my wireless camera. Really?
Oh, I'm with you there. I bought a big, fancy blender (Vitamix?) for my mother a few
years ago; it has Bluetooth and can be run via an app. Pointless! That's why I'm
leery of drones and other gadgets that use smartphone apps as interfaces, is my
information being siphoned to a server in Shanghai? And I'm now dependent on a
smartphone to do anything?
