I have been working on Mailman and it seems to be a different beast than
it was twenty years ago. This is a first start!
It's Mailman3 on Debian 11 using Exim.

I created a mailman server with the list. Only thing is that you email
lug-nuts(a)bigbrie.com . I jumped the gun before getting it configured
with saclug.org.
I added the membership list from the previous list.
