How has everyone been doing?
When is the next SacLUG meeting?
I am not sure exactly, but I am sure that it would be nice to have
another meeting soon. I will start scouting a venue. The fortunate thing
is that I am not teaching currently, so I have more time to do other
things. I started taking flying lessons to get my private pilot
license, so that's the "other thing".
Other than that, I updated my hypervisors to Debian 11 and I made some
tweaks to open vswitch to keep "my cloud" going.
I am thinking about getting fiber internet that became available, but
the issue is that
Sonic.net only offers "sticky" ip address that changes
when you boot your router. I discovered that I could get my adsl v2+ in
addition to fiber. Sonic's adsl v2+ has static ip addresses.
