I'm not sure what you need that part for, but there are lots of power supplies with
that round 2.1 mm connector. I probably have a drawer full. I think the red and black on
the USB are the power leads. It wouldn't be to hard to make one up. I have a ton of
junk like that I've saved over the years.
I can take a look if that suits your taste.
